We execute 100% in-house engineering across SolidWorks 3D kinematic modeling, precision CNC machining, industrial panel assembly, and proprietary PLC/SCADA programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta). Every installation undergoes rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with actual production feedstock at our Vinh Phuc manufacturing facility, backed by complete uncompiled PLC source code handover, 2D/3D CAD design files, and a 24-month comprehensive warranty.

Yes. We enforce a 100% transparent IP handover policy. Upon successful Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) at your facility, HASY Industries delivers complete uncompiled PLC programs (Siemens TIA Portal, Mitsubishi GX Works, Delta), HMI project files, electrical schematics, and native 2D/3D CAD design files without password restrictions. This ensures your engineering team retains total operational autonomy, lifelong maintainability, and complete independence from external vendors.

Depending on mechanical complexity and control sophistication, turnkey delivery typically ranges from 4 to 12 weeks. Our milestone structure comprises: 1–2 weeks for 3D kinematic concept design and FEA stress analysis; 3–6 weeks for precision CNC milling, sheet-metal laser cutting, and electrical panel wiring; and 1–2 weeks for real-feedstock Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and fine-tuning at our workshop.

Every quotation is completely itemized and transparent across four core cost pillars: (1) Raw structural materials (SS400, SUS304) and high-precision CNC machining labor; (2) Genuine tier-one pneumatic actuators, sensors, and electrical components (Siemens, Mitsubishi, SMC, Schneider); (3) Specialized mechanical design engineering and PLC/SCADA algorithm programming; and (4) Workshop FAT commissioning, freight, on-site SAT plant integration, and operator training.

Every machine manufactured by HASY Industries must pass a mandatory Factory Acceptance Test at our Vinh Phuc Fabrication Plant prior to shipment. Clients provide actual raw materials and production batches to run continuously alongside our chief engineers. We rigorously measure hourly throughput, cycle-time consistency, dimensional tolerances, and safety interlocks under full load. Only upon achieving all agreed KPIs is the equipment cleared for dispatch.
