COMPRESSED RATION PRODUCTION LINE — AN OPTIMAL SOLUTION FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY

Hasy Industries is proud to present its most advanced compressed ration production line. Built to raise output, quality and production efficiency, the line brings together every major stage of the process: roasting, milling, mixing, pressing, and conveyor-fed vacuum packing.

What the project involved:

  1. Taking the customer’s requirements and developing the concept and 3D design
  2. Building a prototype machine and testing it at our own works
  3. Upgrading, refining and re-testing each new trial version
  4. Adjusting and manufacturing the production version
  5. Installation, commissioning and handover to the factory
  6. Warranty and maintenance after handover

Concept and prototype stage:

Once we had the customer’s requirements, Hasy Industries produced the design and simulation, then built a trial machine. After several rounds of upgrades, refinements and test runs on new versions, we arrived at the finished production version for real operation.

The line running at the customer’s factory:

The compressed ration production line brings together several key stages:

– Roaster: modern roasting technology that roasts the raw material evenly, preserving flavour and quality.

– Mill: a fine milling system that grinds the material to a smooth, uniform flour, setting up the stages that follow.

– Mixer: a multi-axis mixing system that combines the ingredients thoroughly into a consistent, high-quality blend.

– Press: advanced press technology producing ration bars of precise shape and size, to the customer’s specification.

– Conveyor-fed vacuum packer: an automatic packing system with vacuum sealing, keeping the product safely packaged and extending its shelf life.
