Hasy Industries is proud to have supplied an advanced, efficient bread feed conveyor to Mondelez Kinh Do — one of Vietnam’s leading confectionery businesses. The project marked an important step forward in the partnership between the two companies, and confirmed Hasy Industries’ capability and standing in food production automation.

What the project involved:

  1. Taking Mondelez Kinh Do’s requirements and developing the concept and 3D design
  2. Building a prototype machine and testing it at the Hasy Industries works
  3. Upgrading, refining and re-testing each new trial version
  4. Adjusting and manufacturing the final production version
  5. Installation, commissioning and handover to Mondelez Kinh Do, in service from 2020
  6. Warranty and maintenance after handover

Concept and prototype stage:

Once we had Mondelez Kinh Do’s requirements, Hasy Industries produced the design and simulation, then built a trial machine. After several rounds of upgrades, refinements and test runs on new versions, we arrived at the finished production version for real operation.

The bread feed conveyor brings together several key stages:

– A stainless steel chain conveyor carrying the bread trays, running steadily and meeting food hygiene requirements.

– An automatic bread feed station that places each loaf onto the conveyor accurately and gently, without damaging the product.

– Flexible speed control, matched to the output of the production line.

– Robust, durable construction that is straightforward to clean and maintain.
