Design and prototype stage
Once we had the Vifon factory’s requirements, Hasy Industries produced the design and simulation, then built a trial machine. After several rounds of upgrades, refinements and test runs on new versions, we arrived at the finished production version for real operation.

Adding further die sets to the machine
The compressed instant noodle block press brings together several stages:
– Automatic material feed system: supplies the process with material steadily, accurately and without interruption.
– Press station and forming dies: an optimised, high-precision design that produces noodle blocks consistent in size, weight and shape.
– Conveyor from press to packing: a modern conveyor system that moves the pressed noodle blocks gently, avoiding deformation or damage to the product.
