What the project involved:

  1. Taking Asean Tire’s requirements and developing the concept and 3D design
  2. Building a prototype system and testing it at the Hasy Industries works
  3. Installation, commissioning and handover to the Asean Tire factory, in service from 2020
  4. Warranty and maintenance after handover

Concept and prototype stage

Once we had the Asean Tire factory’s requirements, Hasy Industries produced the design and simulation, then built a trial system. After several rounds of upgrades, refinements and test runs on new versions, we arrived at the finished version for real operation.

The gravimetric batching system brings together several stages:

– Automatic feed system with conveyor and feed hopper

– Multi-head weighing station, batching each compound accurately

– Automatic discharge once batching is complete

– Automatic control system with an easy-to-use touchscreen

– Stainless steel construction, meeting the factory’s required standards
